BLAD (Book Layout And Design, brochure for
foreign publishers) of laurence king publication patterns
– new surface design by drusilla cole. Following
the international success of the FL@33-designed 200%
cotton book in 2004 and the 300%
cotton sequel in 2006 we were recommissioned to design
this intriguing book. The initial title was 'contemporary patterns'
and was revised after the blad was printed in early summer 2006. Book
design, cover illustration and type treatment by FL@33.
The book cover has a special finishing with spot uv highlights and
sexy black flock.
The spanish edition was published in 2008.
