We were commissioned to create a flash animation for Altran – 'A global partner in innovation'. The final piece is currently being projected onto a huge glass screen in the reception area of their paris-based headquarters. It will be projected for at least one year. The complete vector animation loops after 2min 40sec @ 18fps or 1min 38sec @ 25fps.

The animation features growing dandelions with their seeds being transformed into the Altran logo. The colours of individual flowers are constantly changing. The main flower with its whopping 1200 individual frames was drawn in a stop motion technique and a bit of the 'blend' option in freehand and 'motion tween' in flash. Screensavers etc. are currently being considered. The animation was produced in both black and white only and also as a colour version. Both versions are currently being projected.
