STEREOHYPE |FIRST GIFT BOX: 7 BUTTON BADGES | PACKAGING SOLUTION
Packaging solution designed by FL@33. These gift boxes contain seven of Stereohype's popular 1″ (25mm) button badges. Badges were selected from a growing collection of over 1,700 individual FL@33-curated designs, created by over 600 international graphic designers, illustrators, photographers and artists.

FIRST GIFT BOX: 7 BUTTON BADGES | 2009–2021
After almost twelve years of serving us well, these long luxury gift boxes will slowly be retired. Stereohype still has quite a lot of them in stock but they will all gradually be replaced with the new FL@33-designed matchbox-style gift boxes. For sets of seven 1" button badges the medium-sized gift box is used since November 2021. It can contain 6–12 button badges and the first Artist Gift Boxes: 12 button badges have now also been introduced to make full use of the new generation of deluxe gift boxes.
___ Beside developing Stereohype's various packaging solutions, FL@33 also regularly compiles the sets for these elegant matt black Themed Gift Boxes: 7 button badges. The FL@33-curated sets feature seven button badges by various other creators. The badges are directly pinned into a black flock pad.
___ Shown here are so-called Artist Gift Boxes: 7 button badges with badges that were in this case designed by FL@33's Agathe Jacquillat and/or Tomi Vollauschek – namely Air Lines, Car Wash, Resist, Broken Beauty, Leaves, Glitch, Bipyramids, System Error rebooted and Seven Sweets.
___ Other sets shown here in small are by various artists and designers. For individual button badge design credits please visit stereohype.com.

OTHER PACKAGING SOLUTIONS
Various other packaging solutions that FL@33 developed for the graphic art label include Stereohype's sophisticated 15th anniversary matchbox-style gift boxes. These come in three different sizes and are for 3–25 button badges. The smallest of them – (Artist / Themed) Gift Boxes: 3–5 button badges – replaced the sets of three or four swing tag packs used during the first 15 years of Stereohype. Additional FL@33-designed packaging designs for Stereohype include A Few Of My favourite Sneakers (AFOMFS) limited edition gift boxes, AFOMFS series shoelace packaging and last but not least the themed sets of four for Habitat.

STEREOHYPE COLLECTION
Stereohype's popular button badge collection consists of B.I.O. (By Invitation Only) Button Badge Series 1–22 contributions, winners of Stereohype's annual button badge design competition, Stereohype Mascot Squirrels and additional series such as collaborative AFOMFS series, MICA series, 10x10 series and Emoji series. Available via stereohype.com and selected stockists.

PRESS CLIPPINGS AND FEEDBACK
(...) B.I.O. undoubtedly makes Stereohype one of the coolest online shopping destinations for button badges. (...) Gavin Lucas, excerpt from his book Badge/Button/Pin

(...) The humble button badge is an unforgiving canvas. Small and designed to be viewed from a distance, great badge designs need to be clear and to the point. To celebrate the best of what's possible on a 25mm round surface, 15 years ago Agathe and Tomi from design studio FL@33 and graphic art label Stereohype created a button design competition, asking artists and designers to submit sets of up to four badges. (...) Neil Bennett, Digital Arts

(...) Stereohype's ... badge design competition ... has become an annual, rather joyous stalwart of the emerging designer community in the UK. (...) Emily Gosling, AIGA Eye on Design

Les séries B.I.O. (by invitation only) accessoirisent l’identité personnelle : à exhiber, à afficher, à affirmer. /
(...) The objects – a rather tiny 25mm-wide space for expression – lend themselves to an art of display that can’t be overdone. The B.I.O. (by invitation only) series accessorise personal identity – exhibiting, displaying, asserting it. (...) Caroline Bouige, Étapes: / Étapes: internationalcc

(...) I like the prints very much – the paper and print quality are really excellent. That whole project is so interesting – I'm amazed at the number and variety of the badges, and very impressed by the quality of presentation. I'm happy to have been able to take part in it! (...) Dan Fern
